Indiana BANKPAC Federal FundIndiana BANKPAC funds

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) defines the following requirements as eligibility to contribute to the Indiana BANKPAC Federal Fund.

  1. An individual must be a member of the restricted class defined by the FEC.
  2. Indiana BANKPAC must have on file a signed Federal Solicitation Authorization Form from the individuals' institution of employment.

Indiana BANKPAC State Fund

Any individual is eligible to make a State Fund contribution at any time and without limits. Your "My Account" menu (see image) will show the State Fund contributions available via credit card:

State-chartered institutions and holding companies with their own bylaws and that are separate entities from their subsidiaries are eligible for State Fund corporate contributions via check payment.

State law requires Indiana BANKPAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose state contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year. Contributions to BANKPAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
