Exhibits & Sponsorships - Mega Reimagined

The 2020 Virtual Mega Conference will feature an exhibit marketplace that will have dedicated exhibit time each day in addition to having exhibits open during both general and concurrent sessions. Features are listed below.

Exhibits

Virtual Exhibit Marketplace will be open live from 12:30pm-4:30pm November 16-18 with dedicated exhibit time taking place each afternoon. After the live event, the exhibit hall will stay open for 30 days after the event for bankers to visit.

Virtual exhibit booth includes the following:

  • Two booth administrators who can manage and make changes and additions to the booth, download traffic reports and chat transcripts.
  • Two additional conference registrations.
  • Basic booth setup by IBA including standard background, company logo, contact information and company description. Once we get your initial booth set up, we will send the link to so you can make changes to your virtual booth.
  • Administrative access to make changes to your booth, including background, logo, graphics, text, pre-recorded video, pdf documents, contact me or schedule a meeting, etc.
  • Live chat feature in virtual booth along with the ability to track visitors to booth and get full reports on what visitors download from booth.
  • IBA to promote bankers visiting booths by offering an overall grand prize based on how many booths visited and other prizes to entice visitors to booth (more details to be released).
  • Ability to do prize giveaways in your booth.
  • Promotion of tradeshow before and after event including list of exhibitors on Mega marketing emails, webpage and in IBA social media posts.
  • Inclusion in an IBA produced video featuring exhibitors and promoting the virtual event.
  • List of exhibitors will be provided in the electronic program which will be provided to all attendees.
  • Access to banker attendee list prior to event.

Sponsorships

Session Sponsors

For this year's virtual conference, we are offering individual session sponsorships. We plan approximately 40 concurrent sessions and each one has the opportunity to have a sponsorship.   • Inclusion in a sponsorship list in conjunction with Mega marketing emails, webpage and in social media posts.
  • Company logo included with the session description in the virtual platform
  • Company name included with the session description on the IBA website.
  • Access to banker attendee list prior to event.
  • Choice of one of the following:
    • Ability to submit a short promotional video (up to two minutes) that will be played before the session begins.
    • Ability to have an IBA-produced introduction of the speaker that includes a brief introduction of your company. This will be a graphic with a voice-over. Click here for an example.

Prize Sponsors

Prizes will be awarded to conference attendees based on the number of exhibit booths they visit and these prizes are available for sponsorship. IBA will purchase and deliver the prizes.
