Below are some helpful tips to help you prepare.
Hotel Information
All events for the IBA Annual Convention will be held at French Lick Resort located at 8670 State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432. The phone number is 812-936-9300, and the website is FrenchLick.com. Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Directions
The French Lick Springs Hotel address is 8670 State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432.
If you are traveling from the north, read this before mapping. If you are using either Google or Apple maps, the directions suggest you turn off IN-37 at Mitchell. This road is narrow and curvy and will likely take longer. The best route from the north is to stay on IN-37 to Paoli, and then go west on IN-56 into French Lick.
Parking
French Lick offers complimentary valet and self-park. To utilize valet, simply pull up to the front entrance of the hotel. Self-parking is available either in the surface lot in front of the entrance or in the parking garage adjacent to the casino.
Dress
The Sunday Chairman’s Banquet will be business dress. For all other convention events and sessions, we recommend business casual attire. The Monday night Auction Dinner will have an Americana themed in celebration of America's 250th birthday, feel free to wear your red, white, and blue!
Exhibit Hall Activities
This year’s event features many booths featuring cutting-edge products and services specifically designed for the banking industry all under one roof in the IBA exhibit hall. The exhibit hall is the site of several convention functions, including both Sunday and Monday receptions and breakfast on Monday.
Registration
The IBA registration and information desk will be open on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the event center. We will also be open on Monday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for questions and directions.
Wi-Fi
The French Lick Conference Center has complimentary Wi-Fi. Simply connect to FLRC-WiFi. No password is needed.
Convention Mobile App
Use the Convention Mobile App for our schedule plus session & exhibit info, and to interact with other conference attendees. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera. App is available at the Apple or Google Play app stores.
Attendee List
A complete list of attendees is available in the mobile app and will also be included in your registration materials.
Spouse/Guest Activity
Registered Spouses/Guests are welcome to attend all convention events as well as the event below, specifically for spouse/guests.

No additional fee, but advanced registration is required. Stop by the registration desk to see if there is still space to sign up.
Join us for a relaxing afternoon designed especially for convention spouses and guests! Visit the beautiful Pete Dye Golf course and get in touch with your creative side by painting a wine glass. Drinks and snacks will be available.

Sunday, Sept. 13 • 10:30 a.m. Shotgun Start • Donald Ross Course
Registered golfers should have received an email confirmation with details earlier this week. Transportation from the hotel to the course is available, and rental clubs can be reserved in advance by calling the French Lick Resort. Pairings are available on the IBA website.

Pickleball Tournament
Registered picklers should have received an email confirmation with details earlier today, but there is space for additional players - contact Susan Clark if you are interested in joining. The courts are at the French Lick Springs Hotel and are marked with a circle on this map.
Pickleball 101
Enhance your pickleball skills or learn the game for the first time. An instructor will be at the pickleball courts from French Lick will be at the court to assist you.
Chairman’s Banquet
Sunday, Sept. 13 • Reception 6 p.m.; Dinner, Program & Entertainment 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Experience the highlight of this year’s convention, the Chairman’s Banquet, held on Sunday night in Windsor Ballroom. The evening commences with a delightful cocktail reception, followed by an elegant dinner. Feel free to dress in business dress.
We will also honor our esteemed past chairmen and members of the IBA 40 Year Club during dinner.
Following dinner, cap off your evening with the unforgettable and fun music of Billy Joel. "New York State Of Mind” (The Billy Joel Story). A live tribute band celebrating the legacy and storytelling of one of America’s most iconic songwriters of the last 50 years.
Hospitality Suite
Sunday, Sept. 13 • 10 p.m. - Midnight
Join us for the IBA Hospitality Suite, in Habig Room, immediately following Sunday night's banquet. It's the perfect setting for after-hours camaraderie, where you can connect, socialize and network with fellow attendees. Whether you're reconnecting with old friends or forging new connections, this welcoming atmosphere promises a memorable evening for all.
BANKPAC Silent Auction & Dinner
Monday, Sept. 14 • 7 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.
Join us for dinner and the opportunity to bid on treasures such as event tickets, golf items, decorative pieces, sports memorabilia, jewelry and purses, toys and specialty items. Visit iba.wedoauctions.com to register. The dinner and auction are located in Windsor Ballroom, This year's Auction Dinner will have an Americana theme, feel free to wear your red, white and blue.
Euchre Tournament
Monday, Sept. 14 • 9:15 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
Join us on the mezzanine level, Habig Room, of the hotel for a little late-night diversion at the IBA euchre tournament. We’ll play a progressive tournament with multiple changes in partner, and each person scoring individually. Sign up at the IBA registration desk.
Late Night Pizza Party
Monday, Sept. 14 • 10 p.m. - 11 p.m.
We will be offering hospitality for both non-players and casual euchre players as well. Join us for late night pizza on the Hotel Mezzanine, Habig Room, during the tournament.
