Golf Outing
All golfers are invited to join us for our men and women's combined scramble on Tuesday, May 19 at Eagle Creek Golf Club, 8802 West 56th St., Indianapolis, IN 46234. Golf will begin with a shotgun start at 12:00 noon. Prizes will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place teams. Golf is available to Bank and Associate Members ONLY.
Special Needs
The IBA is committed to providing the best education in the best facility possible. To that end, we strive to accommodate any special needs bankers may have while attending our programs. If you need any special accommodations or have dietary restrictions, please indicate so on your registration form or contact the IBA office at 317/387-9380.
Dress
Business Casual dress is recommended for comfort and fun during the Mega Conference.
Image Use Policy
Registration in IBA events constitutes an agreement to the IBA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice. Details: indiana.bank/policy.

Mega Bucks (MB) - To encourage full participation in the Mega Conference, the IBA offers a Mega Buck program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. The Mega Buck program is exclusively available to IBA members and requires at least 10 Mega Bucks. A single MB covers either the golf tournament or one day of attendance at the conference. For example, a member employee who registers for two days will use two MBs; registering for golf would require a third MB. This year MBs are $150 each. All sessions for the 2025 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center, located at 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis 46225.

Attendee registration cancellations received by the close of business on Friday, May 16, 2026 will receive a full refund. Exhibit cancellations received by April 28, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing charge. Cancellations after that date and "No shows" will result in the registration fee being charged. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions are always welcomed. Mega Buck registrations are not refundable.
