J. Daniel Maddox is chairman and CEO of Citizens State Bank, New Castle. He joined the bank in 2007 as senior vice president and additionally has served as chief operating officer and president.
Maddox currently serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Pendleton Redevelopment Commission. He also is a member of the Indiana Chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
In 2017, Maddox was recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree by the Indianapolis Business Journal and as a Rising Star in Banking by BankBeat magazine. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
