Silvia Regalado is the receptionist and administrative assistant for the Indiana Bankers Association. Regalado joined the IBA in 2022, serving as the initial point of contact for IBA membership by handling daily telephone inquiries and greeting guests. Before her time with the IBA, she held similar roles in other industries and also spent time as a bank teller with Prosperity Bank. Regalado studied communications at the University of Houston and is currently studying cybersecurity at Ivy Tech.
