IBA E-News 4-2-21 STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS Indiana General Assembly Heads Into Final Month As the calendar flips to the month of April, the Indiana General Assembly has moved one week closer to the conclusion of the 2021 legislative session. IBA E-News 3-26-21 STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS General Assembly Marches Toward Deadline The Indiana General Assembly has moved one week closer to the conclusion of the 2021 session. Lawmakers now have under one month to finalize and pass any remaining legislative proposals by the new end date of April 21. Committee work continued through this past week as lawmakers worked through bills still alive. IBA E-News 3-19-21 STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS Indiana General Assembly Work Picks Up This week saw an uptick in legislative work as the Indiana General Assembly pushes through the second half of the 2021 legislative session. IBA E-News 3-12-21 STATE GOVERNMENT RELATIONS Legislators Continue Working Through the Second Half of Session The General Assembly worked through the week holding committee hearings on various topics, including several bills of note to the industry. SB 370, SB 400, and HB 1079 passed their committees of jurisdiction this week.
