Nominations are open for the 2020 IBA Commitment to Community Award, showcasing exceptional community bank outreach in Indiana. The nomination deadline is Jan. 31, 2021. Two banks of different asset sizes will be selected as 2020 C2C Award winners. The asset sizes are: (1) under $500 million; or (2) $500 million or more.
Purpose of the award:
The C2C Award celebrates bank community service in support of the "Tell Your Story" pillar of the 2018-2020 IBA strategic plan.
Who may enter:
All member banks of the Indiana Bankers Association are eligible to enter.
Award selection is based on community service performed in Indiana during calendar year 2020. Service projects initiated in prior years that continued into 2020 are eligible. Nominations are now open.
How to enter:
Click on the webform button below to complete your submission. The webform may be saved in draft form for users who are logged in until the final entry is ready to be submitted. Each nominating bank will receive a confirmation from the Indiana Bankers Association after the final entry is submitted. If no confirmation is received within 72 hours, contact Emily Brooks at 317-333-7167.
A panel of independent judges unaffiliated with the IBA or member banks will select the award winners. Judges will be assessing commitment to community, based on a scoring rubric.
The 2019 C2C Award winners are to be announced at the 2020 IBA Mega Convention in November. Winning banks will be featured in IBA videos, publicized through IBA news releases and social media, highlighted in Hoosier Banker and IBA E-News, and posted on the IBA website.
