Bradley J. Monts is president and CEO of Hoosier Heartland State Bank, Crawfordsville. He joined the bank in 1990 and has held positions as branch manager, loan officer, senior vice president, operations manager, CFO, COO and, currently, president/CEO.
Monts is an active leader for many local community organizations. He serves as treasurer of the Montgomery County Education Foundation, president of Indiana West Advantage and treasurer of the Montgomery County Regional Water & Sewer District. Monts is also a member of the Ladoga Lions Club, Montgomery County Health & Wellness Center Board, the Independent Community Bankers of America's Cyber and Data Security Subcommittee and the Montgomery County Community Council. He has previously served on the South Montgomery Community Schools Board of Trustees as president, South Montgomery Dollars for Scholars Committee, Montgomery County Early Childhood Coalition, Montgomery County Community Foundation Investment Committee, Historic Ladoga, Inc. and as Montgomery County United Fund Drive Chair.
Monts earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
