Jared Noblitt serves as vice president of strategic partnerships for the Indiana Bankers Association, overseeing account management, business plan development and strategic planning initiatives. He joined the IBA in 2026 to strengthen existing partner relationships and cultivate new collaborations, including serving as executive director for the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association.
Prior to his current roles, he advised clients at Northwestern Mutual and led renewable energy initiatives as the executive director of the Indiana Conservative Alliance for Energy.
Noblitt holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Alyson; and their two children, James and Lillian.
