Katie Yates serves as the Association's executive assistant, supporting the president/CEO and COO/CFO.
She transitioned to that role in January 2026 after time as an education coordinator, and continues to assist the newly re-organized professional development department with the promotion, coordination and execution of IBA seminars, schools, webinars and teleconferences that reach more than 4,500 Indiana bankers annually.
