The IBA Future Leadership Division believes that one of the best ways to grow as a banking professional is to learn from each other through peer-to-peer connection and idea-sharing. Bankers, no matter their role or geographic location, each share common experiences that we all can relate to and learn from. This year the FLD will be hosting a series of rebranded FLD Lunch and Learn events that will serve as an opportunity to connect with other bankers and discuss topics that we all can learn from. These lunches require minimal time to attend, but offer great benefit and knowledge sharing that anyone, no matter their role or level of experience, can benefit from. 

This year's Lunch and Learn series will be held in Fair Oaks, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Jasper and New Albany. Registration to attend a meeting is only $25 per person.

FLD Lunch and Learn events are a terrific opportunity to connect with other bankers over lunch, and each meeting will include a facilitated roundtable conversation based on pertinent industry and leadership/professional development topics submitted by attendees.
