BSA and OFAC Training for Customer Service Representatives

During this program we will give staff a good overview of BSA and some basics on OFAC. Your staff members must understand the importance of helping BSA detect financial crimes through referrals and identification of suspects. The regulators expect your staff to have job-specific training on all aspects of BSA and job-specific training for their individual roles. This program will serve as that training for 2024.

Speaker

Deborah Crawford is the President of Gettechnical Inc., a Florida based training company. She specializes in the deposit side of the financial institution and is an instructor on IRAs, BSA, Deposit Regulations and opening account procedures. She was formerly with Hibernia National Bank (now Capital One) and has bachelor's and master's degrees from Louisiana State University. She has 35+ years of combined teaching and banking experience.
