11:00am - 12:00pm EST
The FDIC has proposed updated official signage requirements, set to take effect January 1, 2027. Join us for a comprehensive look at the upcoming changes for displaying the FDIC official digital sign and non-deposit signage across digital screens and online pages.
While many portions of the rule have already been implemented, two key sections — 12 CFR 328.4 and 328.5 — deserve your attention. These sections define the design standards for the FDIC official digital sign, including color, font, and size specifications, as well as the display requirements for digital deposit-taking channels such as ATMs and similar devices.
In addition to reviewing the proposed updates, this session will also revisit existing FDIC signage and advertising requirements — covering proper branch placement, advertisement inclusion, and best practices for ensuring your organization stays fully compliant.
