Kim Rayer is a Shareholder at Starfield & Smith, PC. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial finance, focusing primarily on government guaranteed lending. As closing counsel for lenders nationwide, she advises on eligibility, closing, and servicing requirements under the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs. She also represents lenders in warehouse lines of credit, securitizations, and loan portfolio sales. Kim advises on SBA regulatory compliance and guaranty purchase and presents on SBA lending at various regional and national banking conferences. Kim received a bachelor’s from Drexel University and a JD from the James E. Beasley School of Law, Temple University and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
