IBA Committees
A strong committee structure is key to the success of the Indiana Bankers Association. As a member-driven organization, IBA relies on input from members to adapt to an ever-changing industry. Currently more than 200 IBA members and associate members serve on IBA committees, representing a variety of bank functional areas. The committees’ purpose is to address the needs of the Indiana banking community, and to identify what products, services and offerings can best address those needs. Most IBA committees meet in person only once per year, with other meetings held as needed by conference call.
