Special Needs
The IBA is committed to providing the best education in the best facility possible. To that end, we strive to accommodate any special needs bankers may have while attending our programs. If you need any special accommodations or have dietary restrictions, please indicate so on your registration form.
Dress
Casual dress is recommended for comfort and fun during the Convention for all meetings. Dress attire is appropriate for the Chairman's Banquet on Sunday evening.
Image Use Policy
Registration in IBA events constitutes an agreement to the IBA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice. Details: indiana.bank/policy.
COVID-19 Release and Hold Harmless
By registering for and attending an Indiana Bankers Association (“IBA”) event or meeting, you acknowledge that there is an unknown risk of potential exposure to COVID-19 from contaminated surfaces or contact with other persons, and you voluntarily agree to assume and accept said risks. Such exposure could result in illness, disability or death. You agree to waive, release hold harmless and indemnify the IBA and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims of liability and/or damages from exposure to COVID-19. Registrants and attendees warrant and represent that they will comply with all governmental, IBA and host facility laws, orders, restrictions and guidelines regarding COVID-19 when participating in an IBA event or meeting.

All events for the IBA Annual Convention will be held at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana. The French Lick Springs Hotel was established in 1845 and has been artfully restored to its full grandeur, featuring two spas and three pools, multiple restaurants, boutique shopping and a full-service casino.

Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the French Lick Springs Hotel online or at 888-936-9360 and using Group Code 0821IBA. The Indiana Bankers Association rate will be available until July 19, 2021. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis.
There are also a limited number of rooms blocked at West Baden Springs Hotel. Rates and availability for West Baden are also available online.

Attendee registration cancellations received by July 30, 2021 will receive a full refund. Exhibit cancellations received by July 30, 2021 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing charge. Cancellation after July 30, 2021 will result in forfeiture of all fees. All cancellations must be made in writing.
