The agenda for each quarter is member selected. Therefore, any ideas or discussions are decided by those participating in the groups. Meetings begin with each member discussing key projects or tasks they are working on along with any exams or major items that have taken place at their banks since the last quarterly meeting.

Becky Hickman As a business owner, Becky has over 24 years of experience and success in creating innovative and collaborative professional development and learning programs in the financial industry. Her credentials include coaching, sales, instructional design, facilitation, and problem-solving certifications. Becky currently facilitates the - Michigan and Indiana Bankers Association Train-the-Trainer Workshop and Training Forums and serves on the IBA Banking on Women committee.

Who Should Attend
This Forum is ideal for training directors, training managers, training coordinators and/or trainers.
The following fees include three consecutive sessions to the forum. These fees include the program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
IBA member - $999 per person
Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or non-member rates. Surcharge of 100% for Non-Members.

Due to our commitments, the price is inclusive of all three sessions. A full refund for the 3-session forum will be given for cancellations received prior to the first session. Any registrant who does not cancel before the first session will be billed the full registration fee and send the materials. Substitutions are welcome at no additional charge. It is the registrant's responsibility to find a substitute if unable to make a session.
