This hands-on train-the-trainer workshop is specifically designed to provide you and your training team with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to enhance your bank employees' learning experiences. Through active participation, you will gain the tools necessary to create meaningful and impactful training programs that foster growth and engagement across your organization.

Bring a laptop as you'll be creating modules, evaluations, etc., during the workshop!

Speaker(s)

Becky Hickman is a seasoned business owner with over 26 years of experience in developing innovative, collaborative professional development programs in the financial sector. She holds certifications in coaching, sales, instructional design, facilitation, and problem-solving. Currently, she oversees the Train-the-Trainer Workshop and Training Forums across thirteen states. Over the past two years, she has spoken at conferences, including the Bank Trainers Conference and Women’s Conferences. She also serves on the IBA Banking on Women committee.

$495 per attendee

Participation in IBA programs is limited to members, associate members, and nonmembers from an eligible membership category at applicable member or non-member rates. Surcharge of 100% for Non-Members.

Cancellation Policy

Within three or more business days prior to the day of an educational program, no cancellation charge will be assessed. Within two days prior, 50% of the fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or absences on the day of the program. Substitutions are welcome at anytime.
