FLD Coffee Club is back!!! Are you short on time, but looking to connect with others in the Future Leadership Division? Are you simply looking for more opportunities to grow your peer network and meet new friends in the banking industry? If so, grab a cup of coffee and join us at a free FLD Coffee Club meeting. FLD Coffee Club is a prime opportunity to connect and discuss topics ranging from specific banking issues to leadership development, all without the need to leave your office or travel long distances. 

The agenda for FLD Coffee Club will include peer to peer conversation about discussion topics that matter to you. After a round of group introductions, attendees will be invited to steer the conversation and pose questions to the group for feedback.

Participation in this event will count toward the 2026 IBA Five Star Program for member banks.
