All sessions for the 2025 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis IN 46225. This year our general sessions will be in Hall B which is located near the entrances at West and Maryland Streets.
A block of overnight rooms has been reserved at the JW Marriott Indianapolis at a rate of $179 per night. Reservations can be made online or via phone at 317/860-5800. Please note that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of check in or one night room and tax will be assessed. The hotel block expires on May 5, 2025.
The JW Marriott is located at 10 S. West Street, Indianapolis IN 46204 and is attached to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.

To encourage full participation in the Mega Conference, the IBA offers a Mega Buck program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. The Mega Buck program is exclusively available to IBA members and requires at least 10 Mega Bucks. A single MB covers either the golf tournament or one day of attendance at the conference. For example, a member employee who registers for two days will use two MBs; registering for golf would require a third MB. This year MBs are $150 each.
