Mega Conference/Annual Convention

The Indiana Bankers Association is making plans for a combined Mega Conference and Annual Convention. This event will be held at the Indiana Convention Center and the JW Marriott Hotel. The new event is scheduled for November 16-18, 2020 and and will provide a great opportunity for Indiana bankers to listen, learn and network with peers. The conference features 50 total sessions,a vibrant exhibit hall and the social events and election proceedings of the Annual Convention.

COVID-19 - With the conference several months away we are continuing to make changes to our plan to ensure attendees are safe and comfortable. Event Dates

Monday, November 16, 2020 to Wednesday, November 18, 2020

Location

Educational sessions and the exhibit hall will be held at the Indiana Convention Center at 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis IN 46225.

Social events will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis which is located directly across the street and accessible via skywalk.

Hotel

The IBA has reserved a block of overnight rooms at the JW Marriott Indianapolis at a rate of $139 per night. Reservations can be made online or via phone at 317/860-5800. The block is available until October 29, 2020. The JW Marriott Westin Indianapolis is located at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and is attached to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.

Mega bucks

To encourage full participation in the 2020 Conference, the IBA offers a Mega Buck program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. To utilize the Mega Buck discount program, a member purchases at least 10 Mega Bucks (MBs). A single MB covers either the golf tournament, the Chairman's Banquet or one day of attendance at the conference. For example, a person who registers for two days will use two MBs, and to also register for golf would require an additional MB. This year MBs are $140 each. Questions contact Susan Clark or use the spreadsheet for registering. Note that Mega Bucks are reserved exclusively for IBA members.

The deadline for Mega Buck Purchase is October 1, 2020.
