Know Before You Go - Mega Conference

We are excited to welcome you to the 2026 Mega Conference! This year’s event will be May 19- 21, 2026, at the Indiana Convention Center and The Westin.

Below are some links to information you might find helpful before you come to the conference.

Location – This year we will be in Hall B and the meeting rooms will be along Maryland Street from Rooms 120-128 to Wabash Ballroom. The Indiana Convention Center at 100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225. The Mega registration desk will be on the first floor of the Convention Center in Hall B. Directional floor stickers will help guide your way.

Golf - Registered golfers should have received a confirmation earlier this week. Please contact the IBA if you didn't receive it. Golf begins with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m.

Tuesday Welcome Reception - All Mega registrants are invited to The Westin on Tuesday night from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. for a welcome reception honoring our associate members. This event is on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the Capitol Overlook Room.

Registration - All registration materials will be distributed at the IBA registration desk, located in Hall B of the Indiana Convention Center. The IBA registration desk will be open during the following times:

  • Tuesday, May 19, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 20, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 21, 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Continuing Education Credit - The Mega Conference is approved for CPE, CLE, HRCI and ABA credit. Stop by the registration desk to obtain a certificate of attendance and/or to sign the attendance sheets.

Dress Code – The IBA encourages attendees to dress comfortably for all educational sessions. Business casual dress (golf shirts, slacks, etc.) is appropriate. Due to temperature fluctuations at the Convention Center, a sweater or jacket is recommended.

Parking – This year our meeting rooms are located along Maryland Street. There are many parking options in the area surrounding the Indiana Convention Center. Click for a link to nearby parking options. For overnight guests, The Westin offers valet and self-park for those staying in the hotel. Please ask at the front desk for payment process and rates.

Construction – There are several streets closed around the Convention Center and within downtown due to street construction. Click for a link of the downtown construction and street closures.

Mobile App – With the IBA Event Mobile App, you can take advantage of features that will help you make the most of your time and keep you informed about the latest event happenings. You can download our new app to any of your mobile devices and sync your information and itineraries across devices.

Social Media – We encourage all attendees to include #IBAmega in your posts.

Wi-Fi – Free Wi-Fi is sponsored by Dentons. To access, the network is called Mega Wi-Fi and the password is “DENTONS” in all caps.

Handouts – Handouts are available in the mobile app before, during and after Mega, and are also available through a webpage while you are at your computer. Each attendee will receive a full-size notepad for jotting down notes during sessions.

Exhibit Hall Game – Attendees need to visit 35 exhibitors to be entered into drawings. This contest is for bank-employee registrants only; participants do not have to be present to win. Prizes include cash, electronics, handbags and gift cards. Game cards are available in the exhibit hall. You can also visit the IBA booth or ask an IBA staff member for details.
