Dress
Casual dress is recommended for comfort and fun during the Mega Conference, for all meetings.
Image Use Policy
Registration in IBA events constitutes an agreement to the IBA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice. Details: indiana.bank/policy.

Mega Bucks - Please contact Susan Clark or 317/333-7161 to request a spreadsheet for easy registering. To encourage full participation in the 2024 Mega Conference, the IBA is offering a program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. To utilize the Mega Buck Discount Program a member would have to purchase at least 10 Mega Bucks (MB). A single Mega Buck is good for golf or a day of attendance at the conference. Someone registering for two days uses two MB and if they register for golf it is an additional MB. This year Mega Bucks are $150 each. Mega Bucks are reserved exclusively for IBA bank members.
All sessions for the 2024 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center, located at 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis 46225.
The hotel room block is at the Westin Indianapolis at a rate of $189 per night. Reservations can be made online until Monday April 15, 2024. Please note that cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of check in.
The Westin is located at 241 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and is attached to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.

Attendee registration cancellations received by the close of business on Monday, April 29, 2024 will receive a full refund. Exhibit cancellations received by April 16, 2024 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing charge. Cancellations after that date and "No shows" will result in the registration fee being charged. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions are always welcomed. Mega Buck registrations are not refundable.
