Special Needs
The IBA is committed to providing the best education in the best facility possible. To that end, we strive to accommodate any special needs bankers may have while attending our programs. If you need any special accommodations or have dietary restrictions, please indicate so on your registration form or contact the IBA office at 317/387-9380.
Dress
Business Casual dress is recommended for comfort and fun during the Mega Conference.
Image Use Policy
Registration in IBA events constitutes an agreement to the IBA’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice. Details: indiana.bank/policy.

Mega Bucks (MB) - To encourage full participation in the Mega Conference, the IBA offers a Mega Buck program that allows members to purchase multiple conference registrations at a discount. The Mega Buck program is exclusively available to IBA members and requires at least 10 Mega Bucks. A single MB covers either the golf tournament or one day of attendance at the conference. For example, a member employee who registers for two days will use two MBs; registering for golf would require a third MB. This year MBs are $150 each. Contact the IBA office for the Mega Buck discount code prior to registering, or send a spreadsheet of all registrants (name, email, job title) to Chris Bennett at cbennett@indiana.bank.
All sessions for the 2025 Mega Conference will be held at the Indiana Convention Center, located at 100 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis 46225.
The hotel room block is at the JW Marriott Indianapolis at a rate of $179 per night. Reservations can be made online until Monday, May 5, 2025. Please note that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of check in.
The JW Marriott Indianapolis is located at 10 S. West Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204 and is attached to the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk.
HOUSING SCAM
It has come to our attention that a company inaccurately representing itself as our "housing vendor" is contacting IBA members offering to make hotel reservations within the IBA block on your behalf, and some will also misrepresent that they are calling from the JW.
Indiana Bankers is not utilizing the services of any housing service for the 2025 Mega Conference or any other IBA event. Reservations for Mega should be made directly with the hotel using the information above. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
If you are contacted by such a company for this year’s event, please let Chris Bennett at the IBA know. If you can share a voice mail or email that you received it will help us stop this activity.

Attendee registration cancellations received by the close of business on Friday, May 16, 2025 will receive a full refund. Exhibit cancellations received by April 28, 2025 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing charge. Cancellations after that date and "No shows" will result in the registration fee being charged. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions are always welcomed. Mega Buck registrations are not refundable.
