Connect with peers and make new connections while also enjoying some great drinks and appetizers! Food and 2 drink tickets will be provided to all registrants.

FLD Lunch and Learn Dates Announced
The IBA Future Leadership Division believes that one of the best ways to grow as a banking professional is to learn from each other through peer-to-peer connection and idea-sharing. Bankers, no matter their role or geographic location, each share common experiences that we all can relate to and learn from. This year the FLD will be hosting a series of rebranded FLD Lunch and Learns that will serve as an opportunity to connect with other bankers and discuss topics that we all can learn from. These lunches require minimal time to attend, but offer great benefit and knowledge sharing that anyone, no matter their role or level of experience, can benefit from. Meetings are reserved for FLD members only. Registration to attend a meeting will be $25 per person. Each lunch event will include roundtable conversation based on pertinent industry and leadership/professional development topics, and attendees are invited to submit topics that are important to you. More information forthcoming.

This is an opportunity to discuss the impact legislation has had or may have on your bank, and how currently proposed policies could influence your customers and communities. It is more important now than ever to engage in grassroots advocacy as you share your concerns, your successes and what you believe will allow you to better serve your communities. We look forward to seeing you in Washington!
